Overall structure

TransferMan had many dependencies to external web sites/services.
To avoid complete shutdowns in case of changes or failures, the services were compartmentalized.

TransferMon would poll the various transfer brokers for new transfers and updates. The flight tracking would track 'flights of interest' to monitor delays or early arrivals.

Pickup signs

First order of the day for the airport assistant was to print out the pickup signs.
These were provided as PDF and could be emailed directly to a print service.

Great attention was given to the ability to handle as many languages (character sets) as possible while also adjusting the font and character size to make it visually appealing.

Airport assistant

To help the airport assistant ('Greeter') a dashboard was made with a list of scheduled transfers.
Blue: executed, green: on time, orange: delayed.

Driver dashboard

The driver had another dashboard containing their scheduled transfers.

Driver details

Details of a transfers with controls for reporting status of the transfer.

Ride share (Uber/Bolt)

In peak hours where there were not enough drivers available, ride share was used. A dashboard/status panel was created to keep track of that.
The numbers are Estimated Time of Arrival.
